Frequently Asked Questions

Can I transfer or add additional names to my account?

A UNLV Rebel Athletic Fund and ticketing account is permitted a maximum of two names on an account. In order to add or change a name to an existing account, a $500 donation must be paid to the Rebel Athletic Fund. If a name is being added to the account, previously earned priority point totals will remain in tact. Priority points associated with the account will be reset if the name on the account is changed.

Can anyone join the Rebel Athletic Fund?

YES! Anyone can join. There are membership levels ranging from $100 to $20,000 and above to accommodate everyone's personal and corporate giving ability.

Does contributing to the RAF count towards my seats for Men's Basketball and Football?

Yes. To be eligible to sit in various areas in the Thomas and Mack Center as well as Sam Boyd Stadium, a contribution is necessary along with your purchase of season tickets. Is there a tax benefit if I contribute to the RAF tax deductible? Yes. A donation to the RAF is considered a charitable deduction. Federal law requires you to reduce the amount based on the donor benefits. Please consult your tax advisor about any questions you have on charitable giving.

What makes a person a current donor?

If you make a gift within the current fiscal year you will be 'active' in the RAF. A gift designated ‘unrestricted' entitles you to receive full benefits that correspond with your total level of giving. RAF membership benefits come to term on May 31st of each year.

Who do I contact if I have additional questions regarding priority seating and RAF contributions?

The RAF Office is available and ready to assist you. You can reach them by calling 702-895-1533, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm PST. If it is after hours, please feel free to visit our website at www.unlvraf.com or www.unlvrebels.com. You can also send us an email us at rebelathleticfund@unlv.edu.

How do I improve my seat locations?

Seat locations are determined by a minimum scholarship seat donation that is made on an annual, per seat basis. If you have met or exceeded the donation required for your existing seats and you are interested in adding seats or moving your seats to another area, you should note on your season ticket renewal that you would like to do so. Please provide us with as much information as possible about the move that you would like to see made, referencing preferred sections whenever possible. All reseating requests are then reviewed and evaluated based on priority point totals and availability once the final renewal deadline arrives. Ticket holders will be contacted in regards to their reseating request if available.

How do I acquire parking for men’s basketball or football home games?

Parking passes for football are granted to donors as a benefit for being a season ticket holder who gives at least $100 to the Rebel Athletic Fund during the current year. Parking for men’s basketball is granted to season ticket holders who donate at least $500 to the Rebel Athletic Fund on an annual basis. Access to specific donor parking lots is established by annual giving levels and is subject to change based on available spaces and donation levels. The number of parking passes a donor receives is identified by one’s giving level (see Benefits Chart ). Parking pass distribution does not correlate to the number of season tickets in an account.
