Giving Methods

Cash gifts
Gifts of cash are recorded and acknowledged through the RAF and UNLV Foundation. Checks should be made payable to the UNLV Board of Regents. Credit card donations are welcome including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Gift-in-kind
Products and services (gift-in-kind) may also be donated for use by the UNLV Department of Athletics. A gift-in-kind is a gift of property that is charitably gifted to The UNLV Foundation. Gifts-in-kind such as books, equipment, real estate and artwork can qualify donors for charitable gift credit. Gifts-in-kind must be properly appraised through the donor’s efforts.

Matching gift
Matching Gifts are available when a company will match an employee's contribution. RAF members are eligible to receive credit for priorities from their personal gift and the company's contribution. Check your company's particular policies and enclose the companies matching gift form with your check. To find out if your employer does or does not match donations to athletics, check with your human resources department.

Non-cash gifts to the RAF may include appreciated securities such stocks, bonds, and real estate.
